You agree to pay a buyer's premium of 10% for all purchases paid for by cash or check when the items are picked up on the scheduled time periods.

A 15% buyer's premium applies to all purchases paid for by credit card at the end of the auction (10% buyers premium and 5% for using credit card) and any item needed to be shipped. Call Maribeth at 412-584-4038 or Darlene at 724-372-1066 to pay by credit card using Square or Currency Pay by this Auction Company. If you are picking up your items and paying by credit card, you can make payment at the pick-up.

FOR SAFETY........ DRIVE THROUGH PICK-UP WILL BE THE SAFE PLAN. Exact change or check will be placed in an envelope or your cedit card wil be processed through Hibid. All items will be sprayed with Lysol and Gloves will be offered at the pick-up. There will be NO DIRECT CONTACT for the safety of EVERYONE..

If an item is not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, the buyer's charge card will be charged for the full invoice total and the 15% buyer's fee along with the shipping fees that apply to the item(s). Large Items are PICK - UP ONLY! If your bidding on Breakables or glassware, please be aware of the risks involved with shipping. We absolutely try our best to avoid damage to your new purchases.

All items must be picked up within 2 days of the completion of the auction or the items will become the property of Bullock's Bid 'N Buy even after the items have been paid for by Credit Card.

All items are sold "as is & where is" with no warranty or guarantee. This is a timed auction HOWEVER the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute, even if the the ending time has been reached. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'LIVE' auction.
