We have a spectacular sale coming up for you this week on June 27th & 28th, Friday and Saturday, from 8am-12pm! The sale will be in the Ahwatukee area off the S Warner Elliot Loop. This 4000+ square foot home is gorgeous and full of beautiful, immaculate and high-end items. There is an fantastic collection of Fenton, with lots of baskets and artist pieces. (Right now we have over 75 pieces of Fenton and the client may be adding more pieces soon.) There is also a huge collection of newer jewelry, better quality furniture, clothing, kitchen and so much more.

THERE WILL BE NO JEWELRY KEPT ON PROPERTY OUTSIDE OF SALE HOURS. Also, there is a full-time property caretaker living on site, please be courteous when waiting outside in the early morning hours and do not disturb them. RESPECT ALL SIGNAGE.

This property has LOTS of steps and sunken room areas. This is NOT a good sale for our mobility challenged customers. CAUTION: There is a pool in the backyard of this property. Please use caution at all times and keep children in hand. No children will be allowed in the backyard area. The holding table is in a different room from all the Fenton and other glass so you might want to bring a box to hold your items in. We have a few boxes, but you should try to bring your own. We will have paper available so that customers can wrap their own breakables after purchase.

This sale is a CHRISTMAS PARADISE in JUNE! I know when it is over 100 degrees outside it is hard to think about Christmas, but you really need to stock up on your holiday decorations at this sale. There is a TON of Christmas stuff and it is ALL cute, better quality Christmas...no junk!
