As we actively monitor the developments of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the health and wellness of our community, customers, consignors, and employees are our highest priority. In accordance with the Governor’s orders to slow the spread of this virus we are going to offer a virtual “live” auction with online bidding for our May 9th auction. This decision adheres to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines and the Governor of California’s guidelines of no mass gatherings of more than 10 people. In this time of uncertainty information is changing by the minute. If anything changes with this auction or postponement is needed, we will notify you.

Now what does this mean? Well we are offering online bidding on  https://www.liveauctioneers.com/catalog/167395_the-may-antique-auction/ As for the virtual “live” aspect of this auction we will offer both absentee bidding and for items that start at $300 or more we will offer telephone bidding.

In making this decision please know that we are trying to accommodate all of our customers and consignors as much as we can. We want to reiterate that we are still a live auction but without a live crowd. Preview will be scheduled by appointment only on May 8th from 10 A.M. Until 4 P.M. and May 9th from 10 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Also preview will be scheduled so there are no more than 5 people in the building at a time and where 6 feet social distancing between each other can be observed.
