The water for both properties is from a well on Parcel #1 and provides water to parcel # 2. The new owner’ of parcels 1 and 2 will need to work out their own agreement or the owner of Parcel 2 will need to drill a new well with in 6 months of closing  

 The leach field for the house on Parcel 1 is in the yard on Parcel 2. An easement will be created at transfer for the leach field.
