ADDITIONAL GUN / AMMUNITION TERMS: Gun paperwork and Transfer fees will be handled by Downey Gun and Pawn, Columbia, KY with an additional $20 per gun - transfer fee paid by buyer.
When purchasing Guns or Ammunition a Positive I.D. is required. You Must be a resident of KY, be 21 years of age or older to purchase a handgun or ammo and 18 years of age or older to purchase a long gun or ammo and you have not been convicted of a felony in any state.

Golden Rule – Wilson Real Estate & Auction #1, LLC's (Hereinafter referred to as Golden Rule – Wilson, LLC) Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Golden Rule – Wilson's online auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of an auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend 6:01. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

Please note that some "sets" of items may be linked together to close at the same time. When similar items are linked, if bidding is extended on one item in the group, it extends the bidding times on other items in that group.

Staggered Closing: This online auction will generally begin to close at a rate of 1 item every 5 seconds. With that said, ITEM #1 will start closing at 6:00 PM CDT & it will take approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to item #1536. Items' closing times will be displayed on the website, but may be extended past their scheduled closing time, as a result of the Auctioneer's dynamic closing feature. The Max Bid feature can be especially useful if you don't want to stay engaged or have other obligations during the entire time!

PICK UP: Golden Rule – Wilson, LLC absolutely DOES NOT provide shipping, Items to be picked up on location. Removal of items, moving, packaging, loading, transporting, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above. Any items not removed on Friday, May 15th by 5 P.M. CST will, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.
