THERE WILL BE A $25 PER GUN TRANSFER FEE FOR THE 1ST GUN AND $15 PER GUN AFTER. 

ALL FIREARM WINNERS WILL HAVE TO PASS A NICS TEST IF THEY CAN NOT THE FIREARM WILL BE FORFEITED AT BUYERS “BIDDERS” EXPENSE
