All items sold as is where is with all faults and with no warranties express or implied. Buyer is responsible for inspection of items prior to bidding. We may or may not inspect or call damage or condition of items. Please call us at Silver Lake prior to auction day if you are entering an absentee bid and have a question about an item. Buyers are encouraged to closely physically inspect items prior to the auction. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

There will be a 13 per cent buyers premium added to the total of items purchased for this auction with a 3 per cent discount for cash payment. This is to help cover the cost of auction workers.

There will be Texas Sales Tax of 7.75% unless the buyer has a valid resale tax certificate on file with us. U.S. coins / currency are not subject to sales tax.

Methods of payment include cash, check, or credit card with valid ID. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. You must contact us to make payment as we do not use Hibid's checkout system.

All items won will be invoiced from tecampbellcpa@yahoo.com on the Sunday following the auction. Items won must be paid for within 3 days of auction close and arrangements must be made for pickup, storage, shipping, or delivery of items (we have dropoff delivery points available in Ennis, Corsicana, Hillsboro, Waxahachie, and Bellmead). If the foregoing is not complete by midnight Wednesday following the auction, the items you bid on will be considered abandoned, the transaction voided, and Silver Lake Auction retains the property, after which it will be resold in a future auction or returned to the consignor.

By placing a bid through this website or at the live auction, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item within 3 days should you win the item, and agree that after 3 days you abandon the item if the transaction is not complete. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest the auction sale transaction.

Silver Lake Auction LLC and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, up until the time the item is sold.

All sales are final with no returns.

Anyone who is age 18 or over may bid, however Silver Lake Auction LLC reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. Workers at the auction as well as the auctioneer himself may bid.

Anyone entering the auction premises for any reason does so at their own risk. Neither Silver Lake Auction LLC nor Garitty Pace LLC (owner of the premises) are responsible for accidents, nor is the auctioneer.

Shipping may typically be arranged on smaller items by Silver Lake Auction LLC at ACTUAL POSTAGE COST, including insurance if your purchases total in excess of $100. We will combine shipping if you win multiple items. No other packing / handling charges will occur unless this is specified in the item description. Silver Lake Auction LLC makes no warranty with respect to shipping items. It is recommended that shipping for larger items be arranged with third party shipping companies by the buyer.

Due to the virus this auction will be ONLINE ONLY with a 1 minute soft close (bidding is extended for 1 minute if there is a bid placed in the last 60 secornds). We charge only actual postage cost for shipping, including insurance if package excedes $100. We have curbside pickup available at the auction location in Frost, TX or at locations in Corsicana, Ennis, Waxahachie, Hillsboro, and Bellmead. It is recommended that you enter your bids online on Hibid. However, if you do not have the capability to bid online, you may call or text your bid to the auctioneer up until 6pm on May 22nd at 903-875-9458 as long as you have registered as a bidder, and the auctioneer will enter your bid for you. If you have not registered with us on Hibid or at a previous auction and wish to enter a phone or text bid, you must call and register with us before bidding. No text or phone bids will be taken after 6pm on May 22nd.
