Grasons Co. of North OC is honored to present you with our next virtual Facebook LIVE 2 day estate sale in Buena Park, CA!

 

Please join us on our Facebook page to view. This event will begin at 9am Friday morning.

We will be giving a video tour of the house, showcasing the items for sale and allowing viewers to purchase in real time! We will be doing these virtual walkthroughs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 

If you would like to shop this sale:

Log in to your facebook account.

Go to the Grasons Orange County  Facebook homepage, and click on the video tab.

A window will pop up at the top of the page when we are live. Feed will begin at 10am (or a few minutes before so people can find it). Followers of our page should automatically get a pop-up notification when the feed begins. 

We will walk through the estate on camera, showcasing each lot as we go. Each item or grouping of items will have a lot number, which will be revealed at that time. Due to time restrictions and the number of lots being offered, it is unlikely we will be able to finish walking through the entire estate in one Live session. 

The first person to comment on the Live chat with the lot #, price, and word "Sold" will get the item / lot.

For example:

"Lot #150, $20, Sold!"

Buyers will then be asked to message us through Facebook with an email address so we can send an invoice. 

When invoice is paid, an address will be given & pickup time will be scheduled. 

Buyers are to park curbside for pickup, nobody will be allowed to enter the home. Grasons staff will bring items out. Some items may require buyers to bring their own packing materials. All sold items must be picked up by 5pm on Saturday. 

Times when we will be LIVE:

Fri (4/10): 10:00am to finish (est. 1pm)

Sat (4/11): 9:00am to finish (est. 1pm)

**PLEASE DO NOT START A WATCH PARTIES. THEY SLOW DOWN THE FEED FOR EVERYBODY AND DISABLES VIEWER COMMENTING. 

   All purchased items must be picked up curb pick up from sale in Buena Park by Saturday at 3pm at scheduled time. We will do our best to work with you scheduling at your convenience. 

 

If you are not available at 10am, you can re-watch the live video any time and can purchase any merchandise that has not been sold, or let us know and we will set a virtual LIVE appointment for you.

If you would like to schedule a virtual LIVE appointment you must email us directly at grasonselite@gmail.com. Please include your full name(s) and date & time you would like to attend. We will send back a confirmation email with availability & pick up address.
