The successful bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. It will be the bidders responsibility to determine the sale condition on each item they purchase. All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

This is a 100 lot partial estate auction. Our first try at a sale during this time of "Social Distancing" This will be a shipping only auction, which means if you bid and win an item you will need to also pay for shipping of that item. We will not hold items in our warehouse until later. WE will also offer 2 other options for buyers that purchase more than 5 items or spend over $100. Option one is curbside pick up, we will arrange a 15 minute window where you can come by the warehouse and pick up you boxed items out front. All items must be paid in advance. The second option is limited delivery of anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley ONLY for $25 per order. Items and delivery need to be paid in advance. Drop off will be curbside at the address you supply us. We will not go inside, items will be left at front door. 

Auction start ending at 11:00 am Sunday March 29, 2020. Please wait until I have calculated shipping for your items to pay. Make sure your shipping address is correct on your bidder account. Please be mindful of what you buy not all items can be shipped in the same box, some items may require separate shipping boxes, most all items will ship USPS, and be at our cost. Coins Jewelry stamps and books all begin shipping at $3.95 and $1 per additional item, I can not combine books with other items though for media rate. 

All other terms and conditions remain the same for our auctions. You must have a sales tax number on file if you are dealer.
