All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted an hour before start of sale on first day only. |

We continue to monitor the Coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) and will follow all the CDC guidelines. It is our first priority to make sure our customers, employees and clients remain safe and healthy under these difficult circumstances.
THIS SALE WILL TAKE PLACE VIA FACEBOOK LIVE. The sale will start at 9:00 am on May 8, 2020.

We will try and follow a schedule so you have an idea when certain items will sell: 9:00 - 10:30 Toys, books & records
10:30-11:30 Garage and outside
11:30-1:00 (or until we finish) Kitchen, Dining room & bedrooms
We will walk through the house and showcase the items that are for sale. Each item or group of items will be given a lot number and a price. The first person to comment on the live feed the lot # sold and $ will be the winner. For example: Lot 27 Sold $50.
You will then private message us your email and we will send you an invoice. Once your invoice is paid we will schedule curbside pick up for you and release the address to you. Curbside pick up is in Upland.
No one will be allowed to walk into the home and you must wear gloves and masks when picking up your items.
Terms and Conditions: All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. You must pay your invoice immediately. You will still need to bring your own packing materials, boxes, etc. If it is in a box you will get that box but if it is not we do not have extra boxes. Please bring help to load large items. We charge sales tax.
