When using our online auction services you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be canceled or retracted for any reason. 

Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Statements made sale day take precedence over all advertised material. If the picture and description differ, or you are not sure what you are bidding on, do not bid on item.

By bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in it's present condition at it's present location and with the description provided whether accurate or not.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any shipping fees if needed.

The day after posted loadout days your credit card will be charged for the items won. You will need to make prior arrangements to pick up items if not at loadout days.  If not picked up items will be forfeited at the buyer's "bidders" expense.

*When the auction is complete, the buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment. 

*If two people bid the same amount, the first bid has priority.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK FULL DESCRIPTION OF EACH ITEM TO FIND 
OUT CONTACT PERSON, WHERE IT IS LOCATED AND WHAT THE TERMS OF PICKING UP WILL BE.

ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE TO HAVE A PAID INVOICE TO LEAVE ANY 
PROPERTY.

ALL FIREARM WINNERS WILL HAVE TO PASS A NICS TEST IF THEY CAN NOT THE FIREARM WILL BE FORFEITED AT BUYERS “BIDDERS” EXPENSE
