Payment must be made by Sat April 4th THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. A person may preview items on Saturday March 28th 8am to 12 noon and Monday March 30th 1pm-4pm STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Thursday April 2nd 6pm. An item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Friday April 3rd 9am to 5pm & Sat April 4th 9am to 1pm There are way too many items to meet and make appointments for pick up. If a person cannot pickup the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading! Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Friday April 3rd 9am to 5pm & Sat April 4th 9am to 1pm There is absolutely no shipping for this online only auction. Pay for items in the office. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3.5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash. On a purchase over over 5K the fee will not exceed $500.00. 10 percent fee on every item not to exceed $500 per item. The fee applies to every item. |
