If you are not available for local pickup, please arrange for a pickup/shipping service to pick up for you once you receive your invoice.

Address for pickup will be provided with your paid invoice.

Pickup must be arranged and completed promptly during scheduled times once you receive your invoice. Detailed instructions to reserve your pickup slot will be provided on your paid invoice. The home has sold and everything must be picked up and vacated during the posted times.
