This sale is in a gated community. For your safety and convenience, the owner of the country club has graciously permitted parking in the club’s parking lot.

Once you have passed the guard station travel less than ¼ mile where the road dead ends at the club. Turn right and take the first left (no more than 100 yards) and immediately make another left for the lower parking lot. That is the closest lot to the sale. If that is full find any other parking space in the main lot. From the lower lot walk about 75 yards left (South) to Mallard Dr. and go right. Walk another 100 yards and turn left on Middle Fairway drive. The sale is the third house on the right. Estate sale parking is not permitted on any of the residential streets. However, if you are dropping friends off feel free to do so and return to the parking lot. Call ahead and we will send an associate out to help anyone in need of it.
