Items are "AS IS" and all sales are final. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of all items by the end of sale. Purchasers are responsible for checking the functionality of all electronic devices and the condition of all housewares. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be giving numbers at this sale; we will only use the sign-up sheet.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT give pricing information before sales. Any emails or phone calls regarding pricing will be answered after opening hours of the first day of the sale.

Please do not block driveways/mailboxes or park on the grass. Thank you.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION  ***

• Masks must be worn inside the home and in the shuttles.
• We are limiting the number of customers inside for the entire length of the sale. No more than 10 shoppers at one time.
• Due to very limited parking, this sale can be reached by shuttle service.  
• We are strongly encouraging the use of credit cards for all purchases.  There are no fees for purchases under $400, a $15 service charge will be applied to all purchases over $400.  
• Charged purchases under $100 will be signed by staff as COVID-19.  Purchases over $100 will require a charge back waiver and will be signed by the customer.
