We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be giving numbers at this sale; we will only use the sign-up sheet.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT give pricing information before sales. Any emails or phone calls regarding pricing will be answered after opening hours of the first day of the sale.

Please do not block driveways/mailboxes or park on the grass. Thank you.

Three Sparrows Estate Sales will host this weekend’s sale with a few precautions.  Our remaining scheduled sales will be postponed until further notice.

•We will do our best to provide hand sanitizer and gloves for all shoppers.  
•We are limiting the number of customers inside for the entire length of the sale. No more than 30 shoppers at one time.
•Due to very limited parking, this sale can be reached by shuttle service only.  Those disregarding this rule will be promptly asked to leave the sale.  
•We are strongly encouraging the use of credit cards for all purchases.  There are no fees for purchases under $400, a $15 service charge will be applied to all purchases over $400.  
•Charged purchases over $25 will require a Chargeback Waiver.

We thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate through these unprecedented times.
