Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, good checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted. Credit cards over $10 please. Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects.
We will honor Brie's official sign-up list of names which will be affixed to the front door of the home no later than 5:00 PM the evening prior to the first day of the sale. Brie's is not responsible for monitoring this list. The list determines the entry order at the start of the sale. Names will be called off from this list only at 10:00 AM the first day of the sale. If the list is taken, we will expect customers to line up in an orderly fashion. We do limit the number of customers who can enter the home at one time to start but do our best to expedite this process. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

*** We will be closing this sale on Saturday in order to comply with the stay at home order instituted for the State of Illinois. Hours will be 8:00 AM-3:00 PM so there is plenty of time for everyone to return home before the stay at home order begins at 5:00 PM. This home has sold and there is a house closing so rescheduling the sale is not possible. Our goal is to sell as much as we can in order to ease the burden on our clients. Only 10 customers will be allowed in the home at one time. If there are additional customers, we will ask them to form a line. We will do our best to expedite this process. Must practice social distancing and stay 6 feet apart both in the line and inside the home. We are glad to help with credit card orders over the phone and curbside pick up as well, call our office for details. If you are feeling sick, please stay at home.
