Beginning @ 7:30 PM, 3 Lots a minute will start closing down in order from lots 101. Unlike eBay, if someone bids in the last 2 minutes, that item will extend 2 minutes until all bidding has ceased. Be aware, a lot of bidding happens in the last few hours and closing will be fast, so if you cannot be in front of your computer Tuesday evening, use the Max Bid feature, and the computer will handle your bidding and try and buy at the cheapest price for you! When the lots begin closing, it is best to be on the “Active” page of the auction. Click on the button that says “Active” and this will take you to the lots that are still open for bidding, and the lots that are beginning to close. If you want to keep track of the items you are interested in, you can star the lot by clicking the star in the top left corner of the picture. Once you have your items “starred”, you can click on the button at the right corner of the page that says “My Items” and this will show you just the items you have starred.

All firearms sales will be handled through Mr. Dave Beck (Owner of Pawn Shop), FFL in Raleigh, NC. Gun purchaser will be required to pay for their purchase at the conclusion of the auction.   Firearms must be picked up from Mr. Beck after the purchaser has passed all required background checks as dictated by NC law. A $20 fee will be required at the time of the background search. Should the buyer NOT pass the background check the purchase price will be refunded.  The backup bidder will be notified and then would have an opportunity to purchase the firearm.
*Concealed Carry permit requires NO background check.
Regular firearms shotguns rifles, must fill out Form 4473 and if they have concealed carry permit no background check necessary.  If have no concealed carry permit must fill out Form 4473 plus NICS background check. *For LONG GUNS: If they are from out of state provided these requirements meet their state law regulations they can purchase and transport back to their home
state.  *Hand guns require Form 4473 and either concealed carry permit or pistol purchase permit from sheriff of county in which they reside. Residents outside NC - we must ship pistol to licensed federal firearms dealer in the state they live in. Federal background check can be instant, but can take up to five days.  After five days we have no response, we may deliver the weapon.  If a person has concealed carry or pistol permits from their local
sheriff they may use a pistol permit (one per weapon) to purchase over the counter even if they choose to use it for a long gun.
