Like everyone else we are inundated with information about the Coronavirus. We have read the CDC guidelines and listened to the same news that everyone else has endured. Here at Ben Schafer Realty and Ed and Ben Schafer Auctioneers we are going to implement the following steps today with everyone’s safety in mind. · We are going to suspend any current or future auctions until this scare passes. Auctions are social events, a lot of hand shaking and conversations take place. We know that no amount of cleaning and hand washing can protect everyone in a Live Auction!! We want to practice “social distancing” at the ground level and keep our staff and clients safe as we can. · We will keep our office open for now, but may implement restricted hours in the near future. · We will continue with our normal practices for conventional property sales, we believe any serious buyer will still want to see properties on the market and we will not be interfering with a successful sale for property owners.
Please watch our page for any updates so we can keep everyone we touch informed.
We are all anxious to get back to “Normal”
