Everything MUST GO!
- We accept CASH, CHECKS ($30 return bank fee and drivers license number and phone number needed on checks), Debit/Credit will be an additional 3% fee.
- There are NO working bathrooms so stop before you come by because you're going to be there for awhile!
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please check your item and make sure it works.
- There is A LOT of furniture, desks, credenzas, file cabinets and chairs. You will need to bring your own people to carry and load your items. (don't forget your straps)
- There is also tons of retail shelving supplies. Shelves, hooks, peg boards, etc. These items are heavy.
- For insurance purposes, we will not be able to carry and assist you with heavy items and furniture.
- We are not responsible for accidents nor is the owner. You enter the property and the warehouse at your own risk.
- There will be signs where to park to load furniture and where to NOT park. The warehouse sits on a little bit of land and parking should be pretty easy. Please be kind and respectful. Only park on one side of street if needed. DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes. Please make sure an emergency vehicle can pass. Don't get towed!
