No warranties or guarantees. You must rely on your own personal inspection. Buyer is responsible for removing all of your purchases after they are paid for in full. Not responsible for accidents or injury. Please watch your step. We don't carry. Bring your own labor who will carefully move items out of the home and off the property. Please don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only dispose in proper receptacle. Please respect neighbors and not block driveways or mailboxes.
