All Sales are Final, no returns. All items are sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/Credit-debit cards are accepted for minimum $20 purchases only. Checks will not be accepted. Grasons Co. is a licensed business that charges sales tax. Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack items. No large purses will be allowed in the home. Bring help to load large items. Grasons Co. Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. All items must be removed at the close of sale.
IMPORTANT
This is a gated community so the sign-in sheet will be placed outside the gate at 8am the 1st day of the sale. (The sign-in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale. Anyone can still come without being on this sheet) No other sign-in sheet will be honored. Unattended sign-in boxes will be moved to the end of the line. You must be physically present to attend your sign-in box. If you are in your car you must make it known that you are still present attending your sign-in box. If you leave the premises, your box will not be recognized for the previous spot and will be allocated to the last available spot. Do not bring your own stickers to mark items as sold as they will be not be honored. Only the Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All reserved items must be paid for in full. If you try to return an item that was marked sold, you will not be allowed to make any additional purchases that day. As always be respectful to the neighbors, the home and the Grasons staff.
