Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in St. Petersburg this upcoming weekend for another estate sale. Gail Stevenson, a retired teacher from New York, moved to St. Pete after retirement from teaching. She was a gym teacher and a coach for many years at Rye Neck High School. She was a special woman and a valued friend. There was never a champion of humanity like Gail. Gail passed away in January. Done Deal will be liquidating the contents of her home over two days as the home will be for sale in the future.
