This is a Loft Space in a secured building. A doorman will allow entry into the building in limited numbers at one time. There will be an elevator man to bring you up to the loft space. Affordable Parking is available in the garage across the street from the building. Anyone spending over $100 will be given a $10 parking allowance off of their purchase price.
