We have made every effort to describe items as accurately as possible including any defects. Expect normal signs of wear consistent with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions provided are approximate.

*Caring Transitions/CTOnlineAuctions.com will bid incrementally for you up to your maximum bid. Your maximum bid is kept a secret from other users. The exception to this rule is when your maximum bid is placed on an item with a reserve and your bid is less than the reserve. In that case, your maximum bid amount will be shown.

**Extra time will be added when bids are placed near the time that the sale begins to close to allow all bidders the same chance to win the item. Additionally, end times are staggered by a few minutes to allow bidders to win several lots.

A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Bidders must be 18 years of age. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. Future bidding privileges will be suspended if you default on this agreement.

NOTE: Items may have a Reserve price at the seller’s request. Some items may also have a Buy it Now price. If the Buy it Now price is selected, the bidder will be the winner of the item and the item will be removed from the auction. No further bids will be accepted.

Seller accepts PayPal payments Payment Details: Payment MUST be made through PayPal within 24 hours of auction ending!!!! You may generate your own invoice once the bidding on all items is complete or you may wait for your invoice to be e-mailed to you prior to paying. Multiple purchases will be grouped into one invoice so if you are bidding on several items please wait until all items are finalized before creating your invoice. Payment must clear within 24 hours of auction ending so it is best to process payment upon receipt of invoice. Cost will include a 15% buyer premium. We reserve the right to move to the next highest bidder if payment has not been confirmed 24 hours after the auction ends.
