Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  All Bidders / Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the item or items sold those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. 

Payment Terms:  We Accept Cash or Approved Check with Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Valid Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  For payments made with Credit or Debit Cards there will be a 4%  buyers fee included with the final total.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check the buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only.
