This week we are in a labyrinth of a house.  Every room features something different.  Our clients worked for American Airlines and then started a Hot Air Balloon company.  During all of that they traveled extensively and lived a very plush life. 

Some of the things you’ll find:

Kitchen: Antique, Modern and Contemporary China and Dish Sets, Cookware, Tupperware, Pyrex, Full Silverware Place Settings, Expandable Dining Table, Table Linens,  Small Appliances – many still brand new in their boxes, etc…

Patio: Lounge Chairs, Pottery Planters, Tuscany BBQ Grill almost new!, Plant Stands, etc…

Living Room: Contemporary Large Sectional – very clean, but needs updated covering to live in 2020, 3 Grandfather clocks, LLadros, Vases, candle holders, Leather Top Desk, Barstools, Roll Top Desk, Clocks, Artwork, La-Z-Boy Lift Chair, American Airlines Paraphernalia and Costume Jewelry, etc..

Family Room: 3 Light Sand Color Leather La-Z-Bot Recliners, Floor Lamp, Grundig Stereo and Turntable, Sansui Receiver, Hollywood Regency Décor, Bar Cart and Accoutrements, Exercise Bike, Treadmill, Exercise Equipment, LG Smart TV

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, Bedroom Set, Artwork, More Décor, Linens, etc…

MasterBath: Personal Items such as Perfumes and girly stuff that we all love!

Office: DayBed, Desk, File Cabinets, Mid-Century Wood Bookcase that is modular and can be configured in different ways, Various Office Supplies, etc…

Clothing Room:  YUP!  You read that correctly!  One entire room dedicated to clothing!  Womens and Mens, 2 Floor Length Mink Coats and 1 Racoon Coat (all stored properly and taken out for the sale), Shoes and Handbags, Many designer with tags on them and A FAUX Louis Vuitton, it’s a good FAKE though and you can fool your friends, AND ENEMIES!, Airline and Airforce Uniforms, etc…

Second Master Bedroom: Silk Florals and Holiday, along with small furniture.

Garage: HOT AIR BALLOONS!  GONDOLAS!  These are very expensive and the equipment will be covered up, but if you have a serious inquiry we are happy to host you at any time before, during or after the sale if you’d like to look and make a serious offer.  For the rest of us, you’ll find tools, house hold items worthy of a renovation like heated floor pads, lighting, and various household goods, many still brand new in boxes. 

It’s going to be a great sale!  Please note that we will not discount the first few days, so please understand and don’t ask.  In addition, due to the unique nature of the sale, there are cameras on the property and inside the property, please know that you are being filmed and please know that while we do respect your privacy, this is part of the sale.  Thank you in advance for understanding.
