Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Preview Dates/Times:
Property will be available for inspection on Friday, Jan. 17th, 2020 and Monday, January 20, 2020 from, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm MST each day or by appointment, 14 W. Mt. Rushmore Rd., CUSTER SD.

Auction Dates/Times:
Online bidding opens Friday, January 17, 2020. Bidding will begin to close on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 5:00pm MST. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 3 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 4:30pm.

---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

6.5% South Dakota sales tax charged on all items.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. If you cannot attend the settlement in person you will need to print, fill out, & sign the following form. ---REGISTRATION---
A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.

---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Property to be settled for and picked up at 14 W. Mt Rushmore Rd. Custer, SD on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 10:00am to 3:00pm MST. Removal at buyers risk & expense. Special Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of firearms.

Shipping services available at buyer's risk and expense. Bradeen Auctions is not responsible for any acts or omissions in regard to handling, packing or shipping.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.

All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.

---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.

1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.

2.) Minimum $15 handling fee per bidder. Additional handling expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.

3.) If shipping is required. Actual cost of shipping, packaging, and insurance (if requested) will be charged in addition to any handling fees.

*ADDITIONAL NOTE* Buyer must take possession of all items no later than 7 days from the auction closing unless storage arrangements have been made. If the buyer has not taken possession of all items by this time the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will revert back to the seller. At the discretion of Bradeen Auctions, any bidders who fail to pay in full (including additional fees), or who abandon any items may have their bidding privileges revoked.
