Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. Items Conditions All items is "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered please contact us to schedule a time. HGWT llc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All items must be paid for in full on Pick Up Day. Payment methods Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover from buyer only. We reserve the right to charge the card on file. All invoices will be sent out showing a 10% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. If paying by credit or debit card. Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate, but you are still responsible for your bids. We do not have alternate days. Shipping is available for select items in house. We only ship items that have a $25 or higher bid placed, and that can reasonably fit in a USPS Large Flat Rate Box 12" X 12 X 7". If you are unsure if we will ship inhouse please email with your item in question. We do not handle oversized, glass or fragile items in house and will transport to a Fed X or UPS carrier. You must have an account with them as they no longer take payment over the phone. Shipping is billed via Paypal typically within 72 hours of pickup. Shipping is done at cost plus handling fees. There is a $5 handling fee for the 1st lot and $1 for each additional lots to package and transported items. |

This is an online only auction to liquidate from local estates.
