Very full estate in Independence at 10513 East 28th Terrace South on May 21st-22nd.  Sale Hours:  Wednesday-Thursday from 9am-5pm daily.  This little lady sure did know how to pack a house!  Directions:  from Sterling & 23rd Street, go West on 23rd St, South on Hardy, East on 28th Terr South to sale.

Happy Homemakers!  There are sooo many kitchen items that they overflowed into the garage.  Wide range of QVC kitchen countertop appliances (most not even used), and plenty of kitchen and household items for your entertaining and everyday needs.  Bon Appetit Gormet Pressure Cooker, Paula Deen Santoku Knife Set, colorful Pyrex Nesting Bowls, Panosonic Inverter Microwave, Bravetti Food Processor, Cook Books, Bravetti Platinum Pro Convection & Rotisserie Oven, Rival Food Shaver, Food Saver, more.

Textiles/Sewing/Crafts:  Are you a crafty creator?  We found drawers chuck full of wide variety of Fabrics, some sewing notions, two Sewing Machines (Singer 4525, Lemdenko Mark IV), Craft Supplies, Green Ware, Eubanks Ceramic Kiln, and more.  Sorry, No Yarn.  Lovely Quilt just found.

Looking Good!  Showcase your glamorous side with this stunning selection of Costume Jewelry we found tucked away in her jewelry armoire (Liz Ckaiborne, LC-Crazy Horse, Epiphany, KC, JCM, Honora Pearl Collection, Lee Sands, Nikolas, edforce, Sarah Coventry, more).  Plenty of women’s clothing (L-XL many still have tags attached-brands include Quacker Factory, Susan Graver, Karen Scott, Diane Gilman, Laura Scott, Notations, Alfred Dunner), size 7 1/2 Shoes, cowboy Boots, and accessories (like fun Betsy Johnson Purse).  Travel in style with nice selection of Luggage (incl. Samsonite Pink “Spinner” Hardcovers).

Furniture/Appliances:  Plenty of Furniture throughout the house…Brand-new La-Z-Boy Reclining Sofa (tags still on), brown Recliner, Bedroom Dressers & Chest of Drawers, Twin & Full size Beds, Pedestal Kitchen Table w/ 6 Chairs, antique wood Rocking Chair.  Clean Appliances include:  Kitchen-Aid Refrigerator, small Kenmore Chest Freezer, Kenmore 600 Washing Machine, older Kenmore Gas Dryer.   Retro metal brown Cabinets-perfect for lake house.

Electronics & Exercise:  I figured the two go together like ham & eggs, or a large slice of cheesecake washed down with diet soda.  It’s heating up outside, so snag some exercise equipment and work out indoors:  like-new Lifestyle CardioFit, AbGym, GymBar by Body Flex, Easy Shaper by Tony Little, and don’t forget the Doctor’s Scale.  After your workout relax with this nice flatscreen RCA Scenium 40″ TV, Phillips 19″ HDTV, Pacconi Classics Phonograph, SoundDesign Stereo System in Cabinet (nice how the speakers swing out when needed).  Also have some 33 Records & Cds, Vhs & Dvds, Sylvania 9″ portable DVD player for car.
