A sign in sheet will go out one hour before the sale starts. Any sheet other than a Grasons sheet will not be honored. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Sales tax will be applied to all sales unless you have a re-sellers license. A minimum of $25 in order to use a credit/debit card. We are not liable for any injuries outside or inside the home. Enter at your own risk. Please do not park illegally or block/park in the neighbors driveways.

A Grasons sign in sheet will go out one hour before our sales begin. Any other list started will not be honored. You must be present to sign in. Everyone will be provided with shopping bags and/or baskets. No personal bags, backpacks, totes will be allowed in our sales. We do not quote prices over the phone or via email prior to the commencement of the sale. The first day is our busiest and will try our best to get back to all questions and concerns in the order they come in at our earliest convenience. Grasons is not responsible for any injuries inside or outside of the home. Enter at your own risk and please watch your step. We enjoy having you at our sales so come with a positive attitude and be respectful of the home, neighbors, and Grasons staff members. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
