By bidding with our auction company, you are agreeing to the following:
• Payment is due at the close of the auction and can be made with cash, good check, Master Card or Visa. Any other payment arrangements must be made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction. • 13% buyer's premium and NY state sales tax are added to all totals. A 3% discount is taken from the buyer's premium if payment is made with cash or check. • Tax exempt buyers must present tax exempt paperwork and ID number at the time of registration. • All purchased items must be removed from the premises at the close of auction. • Left bids will be accepted until one hour prior to the start of the auction. In order to ensure that your bids are processed, we are unable to accept bids after that time. Left bids must be picked up by the end of the auction week (close of business on Friday). MODERN FURNITURE & DECOR AUCTIONJanuary 18th, 2020 Auction begins at 10 a.m. Location: Bontrager's Auction Center 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY 14020
2 Preview Times: Friday, Jan. 17th, 4-6 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 18th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Modern furniture, decor, and housewares from major retailers will be sold at auction, plus pieces used to stage model homes. These pieces have a modern and current look and are in like-new condition (some with minor damage). Additional pictures will be posted soon! Couches, recliners, living room chairs, dining room tables, beds, dressers, patio furniture, TV stands, end tables, coffee tables, ottomans, bars/islands & stools, wall decor, table top decor. Styles include contemporary, traditional, transitional, rustic, country chic, modern farmhouse, coastal, & more.
Absentee bids are gladly accepted any weekday prior to auction day, by calling us at 585-343-4529 OR emailing by clicking the link: Leave Absentee Bid, or by pasting the following address to your browser: http://bit.ly/LeaveAbsenteeBid. You will need the picture number of the item from our website (www.bontragerauction.com). (Pictures do not represent how the items will be sold, in other words, some items may be grouped together, others sold separately.) Due to volume, deadline for absentee/left bids is Friday, Jan. 17th at 6 p.m.
**Please be prepared on the day of the auction for same day removal of your purchased items. Limited local trucking and delivery will be available for a fee.
Note: Items are sold as-is, and some (not all) pieces do have minor damage. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding, as there will be no returns or exchanges at any point.
