We only accept cash and credit cards. All items are sold as is. Your are personally responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase. Sometimes items are removed from a sale after they have been photographed and posted by the client, please check the day before the sale updates. Prices are not available before the sale. Purchases must be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale. Our staff is not available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies. We will only honor a list the morning of the sale. ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house.Please be respectful of merchandise, this house and their neighbors. We reserve the right to have pre-sales without notice. Lincolnwood liquidation. Many new thing from the second floor, major discounts on most items, must liquidate. Please bring you own moving help, supplies, and truck. Furniture must be removed no later than end of day Sunday. We accept cash, all credit card, debit cards for payment. A 3% surcharge will be added to your credit or debit card. All items are sold as is, you are responsible to inspect your purchase before paying for it. There are no exchange, or refunds for any reason. |
