This is an online only auction. The Actual Street address will be provided to the winning bidders ONLY. The address will appear with your invoice. The house is located close to Great Neck Road and Broad Bay Country Club. Lots will begin closing at 5 PM.

All items must be picked up the Monday following the auction between 11 AM and 5 PM. If an alternate time is desired please call the auction house at 757-871-4360 prior to bidding. Depending on what is won we may be able to arrange an alternate time.

Buyer's Premium is 15%. Payments will be processed within 1 hour of the close of the sale. We Accept Visa, MC, and Discover and now American Express. If you wish to pay with Cash or are Tax Exempt please contact the auction house prior to or immediately after the close of the auction. Once payments are processed we will not make any adjustments.. We will not refund sales tax for any reason.

Large boxes and a limited amount of newspaper will be available for packing please bring your own packing supplies if needed.

We will box and ship small items. Shipping will be handled in-house. We will not ship Larger Items or Furniture. Contact us for a delivery quote if needed.

All announcements made day of sale take precedence over all written advertisement.

Household items including the furniture is in great condition unless otherwise noted. Should any lot not receive a bid the last lot of the auction we are calling a Mega Lot is everything combined that did not receive a bid. Winning Bidders will receive the street address with their invoice for security reasons. The house is close to the Great Neck Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.
