Bidding is like eBay type auctions we recommend that all bidders put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would be at a live auction and only uses the fund required to beat out the other bidders at a prescribed bid increments. If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. The family had owned this home for nearly 50 years and this is an eclectic mix from throuhgout that time.
