Arlington Estate Sale This house is a hoarder house. It has taken quite a lot of time just to get it to look like this. This is a rush sale and we are dealing with quickly upcoming closing dates that we have no control over. We would have loved to have done more work on the home but unfortunely we are out of time. There is still tons of stuff that has yet to be uncovered. Pickers welcome and treasure hunters as well. Because of the enormity and the lack of space within the home, we will be doing a lot of negotiating on prices on all items that arent marked with price tags. Although we have done extensive cleaning of the property there is still a presence of cat smells. Anyone easily susceptible to dust and odors (DO NOT ENTER).
