Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items Will Be Sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition at the Time of Auction.  All Bidders / Buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the item or items sold, those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder / buyer.  Neither the Seller nor the Auction Company are responsible for any Lost, Damaged, Misplaced, or Stolen Items.

Auction Payment Terms:  We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Approved Photo ID,  We also accept Cash or Credit / Debit Cards as a form of Payment.  Payments made with the use of a Debit or Credit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee added to the final total.  However, payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check, the buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.
