There is a buyers premium of 15% to be added to the successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, this is non-refundable.

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, or wire transfer through your online auction platform; Cash and personal checks will only be accepted if you a planning on picking up your items personally.. We do not accept paypal.

The highest bidder shall be the buyer and any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again.

All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.

Pick-Up for all items will be Tuesday December 10 from 10am-2pm central and Thursday December 12 from 4pm-7pm central. The items are located 1300 Lebanon Road, Collinsville, Il.
