IMMEDIATLEY respond to this email if an alternative payment method is preferred (i.e. cash, check), payment must then be submitted within three business days. If no payment is made by the third business day, the credit card on file will be charged.


If paying with a credit card different from the one registered, an extra 3% processing fee is applied.

When registering a new credit card, it is charged a $1.00 authorization fee.

WYoder Auction, LLC does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true; however, inspections are encouraged.

WYoder Auction, LLC online auctions feature an auto bid extend (soft close), if a bidder enters a bid near the end of close, it will extend the Lot time.

WYoder Auction, LLC presumes shipping if buyer is out-of-state. If buyer in-state WYoder Auction, LLC presumes items are being picked up. If otherwise preferred, respond to an email with correct instructions, this ensures your information reaches the correct department. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, forfeited, become property of WYoder Auction, LLC and returned to inventory; no refunds offered.

All items sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with all faults. No implied or express warranties by WYoder Auction, LLC. All sales final.

If a Lot is described as, "age unknown" WYoder Auction, LLC does not claim to know it's age, and in the opinion of WYoder Auction, LLC, it may not be old.

"Authentic/Original" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC believes the item to be all original; items marked as such are guaranteed to be so.

"Not Old" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC does not believe the item is old.

"Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" deems an original was never produced and is a newer item.

Day 1: Friday, December 6th at 6pm,online only auction consists of office equiptment, desks, computers, cubicle dividers, car parts, Upholstery shop and more! Day 2: Saturday, December 7th at 9am, simulcast live and online in-person bidding auction consists of 30 year collection of memorbilia, pedal cars, signs, slot machines; tools, hoists, air compressors and more!
