Payment of cash, credit card or check is accepted. All payment is due at load out time unless special arrangements have been made. There is an additional 3% fee for credit/debit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged. 6% Idaho sales tax will apply to all purchases. All items will go to the highest bidder. Titled merchandise purchasers will recieve a 3 day permit and a bill of sale. New title will be mailed to you. All online buyers register to bid through the website. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the sale.

Bidders will establish a user name and password. A credit card authorization will be required. The credit card WILL NOT be used for payment. An invoice will be emailed to successful online buyers after the close of auction. Bidder acknowledges that the internet bidding service MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY on the day of the auction and no bidder shall have claim against Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC if the internet fails to work correctly during the auction. Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person enters the auction site at his or her own risk. No person shall have claim against Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC, sellers, or employees for any injuries or damages to or loss of property that may occur at the auction site. All sales are final.

Loadout to happen Thursday and Friday December 12th and 13th, 2019 , from 9 am to 6 pm, or by special appointment, at 3523 US Hwy 95 Homedale, Idaho 83628. If items are not picked up, they will be considered abandoned and will be removed at the buyer's expense. All property is sold as is/where is. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Rod Fivecoat Auctions, LLC holds no responsibility for accuracy, errors or omissions in describing these items . The buyer is responsible for verifying information and condition of items. No warranties or guarantees of any kind. Rod Fivecoat Auctions,LLC reserves the right to notify third parties, credit bureaus, collection agencies, and others about bidder's fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices. All uncollected amounts will be turned over for collection. Complete payment is due at loadout of the auction for all items purchased. Items left over 15 days will become property of the auction. You must make prior arrangements with Rod Fivecoat Auctions,LLC if your item will not be picked up within seven days. If you do not want the item(s) or cannot loadout by the deadline, please do not bid. Bidder agrees to comply with any additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
