This week’s sale has some interesting items in it. The sale will be held at 107 Meadowlark Ct., in Richwood, Friday and Saturday. October 25-26, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Meadowlark Ct. is off Cardinal, off FM 2004, IN RICHWOOD. 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in, around 8:45.

Please do not block driveways, and do not park up on the grass/sidewalk. Be courteous, leave your cranky pants at home.

There will be no children allowed in the sale area, please. No large purses, back packs, carriers, etc., either. 

We DO charge sales tax. For everyone. No tax exemptions.

Estate Liquidators does not provide loaders, carriers, or pack mules. Please make arrangements to have your large or bulky items moved. 

Large items are sporting two-part tags. If you want to buy the item, take the bottom half of the tag, please, and present it when you check out. If you change your mind, please give an EL worker,(we’re wearing burgundy shirts, that actually have Estate Liquidators on the front, AND back. (what a concept, eh ?)

We accept credit cards,(with available financing, y’all !), cash, and approved checks. There is a $60 returned check fee. If you think $60 is too much for a returned check, write your bad checks somewhere else….
