Please Note: If Bidding On Out-of-Town Rooms, Such As Kokomo, Terre Haute and Muncie, You Must Be Present In Indy To Bid On These Rooms! No Bids Will Be Accepted If You Are At The Out of Town Centers – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Terms of the Auction: Cash, Check, Credit Cards, All Rooms, Including Out of Town Rooms, Must Be Removed From The Centers Within 24 Hours of Auction Time!

Any Personal Papers Belong To The Renter and Must Be Returned To The Manager of The Location Purchased! Units Must Be Swept Clean and All Items Removed. On Property Dumpster Use Is Prohibited!
