If two people place same bid amount the first bid in wins that amount. Auction Closing: Soft Closing Auction: The auction will begin closing at 7pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM CST and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes when ever bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserved the right to make changes to the auction closing times. Due to Auction being online. Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor HGWT llc shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

This is actually 2 small auctions, we are combining together. First half is a small Holiday auction to liquidate a collection of Dept 56 and Christmas Decour, then we have a great collection of jewelry making supplies. The owner of the jewelry making supplies, made jewelry as a side income and has since stoped. This is everything you would need to start and they are the best items she could get. The Jewelry supplies will start at 7:50. All items sell as is as found, and no attempt to improve has occured. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 PM on October 21st and pick up will be Tuesday OCtober 22 from 2 pm until 6 pm
