Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. More information below. Buyer's Premium is 15% Sales tax is 7% in Brevard County. Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county the coins are shipped to. US coins are not taxable in the state of FL. Bullion is not taxable over $500. You Will receive one invoice with shipping costs added once they are calculated (No Latter than Monday Following the Auction). We ship out all items by Wednesday following the auction. Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. We will not accept return coins except by mutual agreement. Winning Bidder's agree that charge backs are not allowed. Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise noted. Otherwise all property is sold 'AS IS WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctions by Wallace be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We accept bids both live and online. We also process absentee bids and phone bids. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to add additional processing fees if payment is not received in a timely fashion. Typically between $5 to $20. We also reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for items that are not paid for and returned to the seller. Auctions by Wallace is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction. Local Buyer's can pick up their coins if bidding online during our next coin auction but must be paid for by credit card. Please call 757-871-4360 to make arrangements. Shipping Information: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are automatically combined for shipping. We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We pack and ship items in-house with tracking and insurance. We ship all coins and currency using USPS flat rate Priority Mail. We use a third party to create our labels and for insurance. These costs are lower than going directly through the Post Office. We add $1 to the actual cost for shipping and insurance for handling. For larger purchases we have found that the cost for insurance is less than half the cost of insurance through the Post Office. Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Guarantee. The fall of the hammer is determined when the software says sold. We can not reopen any lot once a lot is sold or passed. |
