Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is, Condition.  All Bidders / Buyers are encouraged and expected to make a reasonable inspection of any item or items they intend to bid on.  Once the auctioneer declares the item sold, those items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All items must be paid for the Day of Auction.  

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also except Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee added to the final total.  For payments made with Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only.  All Announcements Made Day of Auction Will Supercede Any and All Printed or Electronic Advertising.

Directions:  From the Intersection of Hwy 64 (Cherokee Ave.) and Hwy 17 (Maple Street) in Sallisaw, Ok  Turn North on Hwy 17 (Maple Street) and follow Hwy 17 Until you reach the Entrance for Brushy Lake approximetely 5 miles.  Auction Signs will be posted at the Entrance of Brushy Lake.
