Failure to pay for items and services is a serious offence and by doing so, buyer will be banned from future auctions through WYoder Auction, LLC.

When registering as a new bidder, the credit card you register will be charged a $1.00 authorization.
The credit card used for registration will be charged the day following the auction unless you reply to the unpaid invoice to arrange for a different payment method.

Respond to this email IMMEDIATLEY if you prefer an alternative payment method (i.e. cash, check),
you then have three business days to pay. If no payment is made by the third business day, we will charge your credit card.

If you wish to pay by cash or check, the 18% Buyer's Fee remains in effect. There is no monetary advantage to you - in most cases, it would simply be a matter of convenience.

If you choose to use a different credit card than the one registered, you will be charged an extra 3% processing fee.

WYoder Auction, LLC does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed true; however, inspections are encouraged.

WYoder Auction, LLC online auctions feature an auto bid extend (soft close), which means if somebody bids close to the end it will extend the bid time on that lot.

If you would like your items shipped, please inform us by responding to one of the emails. Your card will be charged a second time for shipping amount, as we do not package items until they are paid for.

Unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements made, any items remaining after pickup date will be considered abandoned, will be forfeited and returned to inventory.

o Applicable taxes of 5.5% sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax exemption form is provided

If a lot is described as, "age unknown" WYoder Auction, LLC does not claim to know it's age, and in our opinion, it may not be old.

"Authentic/Original" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC believes the item to be all original; items marked "authentic/original" are guaranteed to be so.

"Not Old" indicates WYoder Auction, LLC does not believe the item is old

"Fantasy Art/Yard Art/Garage Art" deems an original was never produced and this is a newer item.
