All consignors must fill out a contract with Lenhart Auction & Realty, sign forms and abide by our terms. Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. Shill bidding is in violation of various state and federal laws. As in all our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid & pay for their purchases.

All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to LENHART AUCTION & REALTY. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Lenhart Auction & Realty cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. LENHART AUCTION & REALTY reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time.

On the last day of the auction, items will close every 10 seconds starting at 7:00 pm EST. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay!

Payment will be paid to Lenhart Auction & Realty at the close of the auction with credit card. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card.

Lenhart Auction & Realty will strive to describe to the utmost and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once the item has been sold. All items are being sold in "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warranty. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid.

Large items such as furniture, etc., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Some items Lenhart Auction & Realty may ship, but most will be shipped by a professional shipper.

A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Lenhart Auction & Realty will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If you cannot pick up your purchases by this date and time frame, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date.

You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding.

A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to help defray the cost of making these items available for you to bid from your own home and on your time frame.

In event of a disagreement of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions.

In order to participate and bid in this Auction, you, the Bidder, must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this auction completely. Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement completely and without exception. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with Lenhart Auction & Realty to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the auction. All sales are final.

The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.

Absentee bids (bids not made online) will be accepted in writing and with valid credit card number, which will be verified by you for maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. This amount will be entered into the online auction by Lenhart Auction & Realty for you but you must realize that you might still be outbid by online bidders. Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. Shill bidding is in violation of various state and federal laws. As in all our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid & pay for their purchases. All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to LENHART AUCTION & REALTY. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Lenhart Auction & Realty cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. LENHART AUCTION & REALTY reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 10 seconds starting at 7:00 pm EST. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay! Payment will be paid to Lenhart Auction & Realty at the close of the auction with credit card. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Lenhart Auction & Realty will strive to describe to the utmost and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once the item has been sold. All items are being sold in "as is" condition with all faults and amenities with no expressed, written, or implied warranty. Make sure you understand the condition of the item before you bid. Large items such as furniture, etc., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost. Some items Lenhart Auction & Realty may ship, but most will be shipped by a professional shipper. A certain date and a window of time to pick up your items for each auction will be given. Each buyer must bring packing items and do your own packing. Lenhart Auction & Realty will not furnish equipment to load items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If you cannot pick up your purchases by this date and time frame, you will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover cost of personnel to meet you at a different date. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged all buyers on the online auction to help defray the cost of making these items available for you to bid from your own home and on your time frame. In event of a disagreement of any type over this auction, buyer and seller both agree that this will be arbitrated in Vermilion County, Illinois. If we have habitual problems with any buyer, they will be barred from future auctions. In order to participate and bid in this Auction, you, the Bidder, must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this auction completely. Once you place a bid, you are electronically signing and consenting that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement completely and without exception. All sales are final. The Auction Company, when acting as Agent, is not responsible for the act of its principals.
