BIDDING CLOSES AT 3 PM EDT ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2019

REMOVAL DATES:  Saturday, October 19^th and Saturday, October 26^th from 9 AM - 3 PM.

Note that other times may be possible by appointment based on our schedule.  Purchases left after October 26^th @ 5 PM EDT will be considered abandoned with ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Bids may be placed on the included “Sealed Bid Forms” or in a similar manner but ALL bids MUST INCLUDE the following information:

Bidder’s name (as it appears on driver’s license), Bidder’s Driver’s License Number,

Driver’s License Expiration Date, Bidder’s Complete Address (as it appears on driver’s license),

Phone Number, Your Bid(s), Bidder’s Signature, and the Date

Terms and Conditions:  All bids will be considered legal contracts to buy with only the highest bid being accepted.  Everything is being sold As-Is, Where-is without any form of guarantee or warranty, written or implied.  There are no minimum bids.  Each successful bidder will be expected to “close the deal” with payment IN FULL within 48 hours of notification of the winning bid.  Acceptable methods of payment are Cash, Check (made payable to Chuck’s Auction Service) and Visa/MasterCard (with an additional 3% handling fee).  Checks will only be accepted if you are known to the Auction Company or by calling for prior approval for check usage.  All purchases paid for by personal/business check will remain in the possession of Chuck’s Auction Service until the check has cleared and funds have deposited in Chuck’s Auction’s account.  NO financing is offered and sale is NOT contingent upon your getting financing.  Each successful bid will have a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the successful bid price.  Credit Card payments must be finalized by 12:00 EDT Friday October 18^th.  Credit cards will not be accepted at time of pickup.  Chuck’s Auction Service assumes no responsibility for any items left on the premises after Saturday, October 26 at 5 PM.  Any purchases left after that time will be considered abandoned with absolutely no refunds.  NO LOADING HELP IS OFFERED.  It is incumbent upon the successful bidder to bring adequate help and tools necessary to remove purchases.
