Bidding Ends Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 beginning at 12 Noon. Pick-Up will be Thursday Afternoon, October 3rd Until 4 PM & Friday, October 4th, 2019 between 9 AM - 2 PM. Unit must be completely cleaned out before end of business Friday, October 4th, 2019. A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected before the winner may enter the unit. The deposit will be returned to Buyer after a Fowler Auction representative has verified that the unit has been satisfactorily cleaned. A 15% Buyer's Premium and Madison County sales tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full is required before purchase may be picked up. ** All property is sold 'AS-IS Where-Is' Condition, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidders who bid online and do not attend the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is STILL each Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other qualifying factor. Fowler Auction & Real Estate Services, Inc. will attempt to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Fowler Auction & Real Estate Services, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND AUCTION END TIMES: Fowler Auction's Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Fowler's Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame. SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR FOWLER AUCTION & REAL ESTATE SERVICE, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. A credit card is required to register to participate in this auction. Buyer has the option to pay with cash, check or credit card.
