Born in Cleveland, Opper studied at the Chouinard Art Institute and was at the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center in the 1940s. He won awards at the Cincinnati International Color Lithography exhibition, the Pennell Print Show at the Library of Congress, Brooklyn Museum Print Show and the American Federation of Arts. The works of this master printmaker are returning to Colorado for the first time in many years. A large selection of oil paintings by contemporary Colorado and New Mexico artists. American Indian paintings. More offerings from the estate of Don Allen (1909-1993) a founding member of FIFTEEN COLORADO ARTISTS. Fresh to the market paintings by Paul Kontny (1923-2002), Charles Partridge Adams (1858–1942), and Louise Ronnebeck (1901–1980).
